Resolving Conflict Outside of Court
Mediation is the art of helping individuals find resolution to a conflict outside of court. It is the opportunity for individuals to have control over the outcome and what they feel is important, instead of being at the mercy of a judge's decision. Agreements and binding contracts are written this way all of the time.
